In order to ensure the highest quality of products, Horibont precision use CAD / CAM (Computer-Aided Design Computer-Aided Manufacturing) system to automatically program CNC machine tools. The geometry of the part is automatically converted from the CAD system to the CAM system, and various processing methods are selected on the virtual display screen. When a certain processing method is selected, the CAD / CAM system can automatically output the CNC code, usually the G code, and input the code into the controller of the CNC machine tool to perform the actual processing operation. Special Precision Machining Processes
Our hard turning process can machine parts with hardness over 52 HRC after heat treatment, a maximum turning diameter of 300mm, turning length up to 1000mm, dimensions tolerance of 0.01mm, and roughness Ra0.005mm
This is used for shaft parts with a diameter of 200 mm, length of 400 mm, diameter tolerance of 0.001 mm, and cylindricity of 0.005 mm.
Horibont cooperates with many surface treatment suppliers, the products can be heat treated and the surface can be blackened, oxidized, nitrided, sprayed, plated, carburization and other surface treatment solutions
